Summary/Abstract: Ethics is a notion that organizes social life and business world and that helps to make right decisions. Perceptions of individuals' against ethical dilemmas and behaviours displayed afterwards have positive and negative effects on enterprises. Perceptions of ethical behaviour of Generation Y individuals who have started to appear in today's business world, might differ from other generations. Therefore, it is important to analyze students' perceptions of ethical behaviour who are members of Generation Y and work in the enterprises or who will join the business world in the future. In this context, the purpose of this study has been determined as examining perceptions of ethical behaviour of Generation Y students who gain a respectable place in business life. For this purpose, a questionnaire has been conducted on 549 undergraduate and graduate students who study in the department of business administration at one state and one private university in Istanbul. After analyzing the data; statistically significant differences have been found between gender, marital status, type of university, educational level, age variables and perception of ethical behaviour.
