Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research is to use the "Work And Meaning Inventory" developed by Steger et al. adapting to Turkish literature. Exploratory Factor Analysis, construct validity was revealed in the sample of Turkey and a single factor structure was obtained unlike the previous studies. It was then tested with the Confirmatory Factor Analysis and the structure was verified. Item analysis and internal consistency are highly acceptable. Turkish determined to be valid and reliable with a single factor structure of ten items in content of research. It is thought that the scale, which is also quite comprehensible language, will contribute to the research to be done in the Turkish literature about the work and meaning.
