Summary/Abstract: This article summarizes the findings of the study we have conducted regarding the literature dealing with scientific research on the mechanisms underlying the link between music and movement as well as the research of some of the cultural manifestations of this relationship: the dance culture of ancient Greece and various genres of folklore.
