Summary/Abstract: The thesis of the study is comprised in the statement that specifying the successes of school is one of the important starting points in recognizing and understanding its culture. This culture determines the daily routine of teachers, learners, and indirectly – their parents. The article is aimed at presenting the responses of teachers from integrated schools/classes who define the successes of their schools. This has been treated as the ideas and beliefs which constitute the foundation for the tasks associated with the organization of school. The qualitative analysis of the key categories in the definition of success has been located in four fields which define the assumptions of the organizational culture of school. The main research problems are reflected in the following questions: What categories of success do teachers notice? What is the repleteness of the category of success in particular fields of the organizational culture of school? Which categories directly concern learners with the certified need for special education?
