Summary/Abstract: The topic of the present article is an extremely generous one, generating numerous analyses and comments. Processes can take different shapes, starting from production processes and reaching the decision-making processes, covering an extremely wide range of issues. The article will refer to the latter, the decision-making processes,especially those pertaining to the defense and security domain. Furthermore, the analysis of process asymmetry effects will cover the cooperation among institutions with responsibilities in the fields of defense and security.
