Summary/Abstract: The transformation of property-law relations in Czechoslovakia in the years 1945-1948 began in the discussions of the participants of the domestic resistance, and especially the London and Moscow exiles. However, it also significantly affected economy and the property change on Czechoslovak territory after Munich, especially after March, the 15th 1939. The paper deals with this context and the course of events after the end of II WW.
