Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with overlapping between the branches of administrative and constitutional law. The author accedes to the idea that we can speak about both branches regulatory sameness as far as statutory regulations are concerned. Within the range of these regulations constitutional and administrative law seem to constitute a kind of unity as they apply the same institutions, methods and rules. The detailed analysis of the constitutional regulations proves their minor impact on the regulations of the administrative law branch. Therefore, the position of the constitutional law is being taken by the European Union law.
