Summary/Abstract: This article emphasizes the results of the archaeological researches of the 2009‐2010 campaignes, which took place in the south of Moldavia, at Negrileşti, Galați county, located on a terrace of the Bârlad river. The excavations led to the identification of an open settlement with only one level of habitation, dated from the period of late Bronze Age and belonging to Noua culture.
