Summary/Abstract: The biggest value in political philosophy of liberalism is the man and the realization of his own power in coordination of voluntary amalgamates. Agreement for common actions among the human individuals is reached with application of the values of a liberal democracy - freedom, equality and justice, with the leading role of the freedom. In regulation of the relationship between citizens, they put them in conditions of equal chances for reaching of its individual aims and common welfare.
