Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this clinical study was to set the value of the respiratory parameters in the diagnosis of functional dysphonias in professional singers.We examined sixty subjects, of whom 18 subjects diagnosed with functional dysphonia and 12 subjects without vocal problems as control group. We used the device Aerophone II- model 6800, which offers the analysis of a sophisticated combination and transducers for recording the air flow, the subglottal pressure and the acoustic signal, as well as computerized data processing
