Summary/Abstract: A major contribution regarding the recognition of a nation’s importance is also given by the educational level achieved, by the value of the individual’s education and by the value of the educational system to which the individual subscribes. Modern education aims to provide the individual with the possibilities to fully develop its being, in a general background of freedom and assuming the responsibility of its training, and also to contribute to the completion of the human personality, to the preparation of man in order to integrate himself into the society where he belongs to.
