LEGAL BASIS OF THE FACTOR ANALYSIS OF THE NORMS IN INTERNATIONAL LAW; ITS FORMS AND FUNCTIONS

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the factor analysis of the norms of international law, its legal basis, classification and functions. The article’s structure is based on a classical approach, starting from definition of the general categories such as legal analysis. Then, the study focuses on different types of the factor analysis. In the end, further discussion on the details of the factor analysis continues. This research has formed the basis for a very wide range of scientific and fiction sources. The article concerns possible mistakes of factor analysis and emphasizes all forms of society and different aspects of the public life.
