Russian-language books in Romania

Summary/Abstract: The author addresses the problem of Russian book collections existing in Romanian libraries, in the context of Russian immigration in the Balkans. To fill the gap of information on this subject, the Russian National Library and the National Library of Romania have established a partnership in order to detect the existing Russian books in the collections of the National Library of Romania and of the Romanian Academy Library. The intention is also to extend the investigation over the collections of other Romanian libraries.
