Summary/Abstract: Author of this article concentrates on fundamental problem, the historians havebeen trying to cope with for many years. That means: what caused that democracy had been born in Greece, specifically in Athens. Of course the author has no ambitions to answer exhaustively all these questions. This is only introduction to discussion. The humble attempt to face the problem, the philosophy has been facing for over 2500 years.
