Summary/Abstract: The Europeanization of law and the transfer of law have become daily reality. To establish the connection between them, one must say that the Europeanization of law is an architectural system of legal norms, ordered fairly rigorous and the transfer of law representing influences between the national juridical cultures. The continuing evolution of the Europeanization of law is a permanent challenge aiming at developing a global reasoning of judges, in the application of legal rules from one Member State to another, in order to find the most suitable solutions and to convince to clarify the concrete cases, as well as to ensure the legal order and social peace at both national and regional levels.
