INTERACTIVE ACTIVITIES IN EFL CLASSROOM

Summary/Abstract: Interactive activities provide opportunities for learners to use the target language, English in this case, in a communicative way for meaningful activities, giving importance to the messages created rather than to the form (correctness of language and language structure). It will lead students to acquire what they need and what they want actually to be used in real life situations.Each of the activities presented in this article provides learners with opportunities to deepen their learning by actively participating in them. Both the teacher and students are very excited about using them and the lesson is transformed into a less teacher-centered one, the focus being on students. They are suitable for students beginning with the pre-primary grade up to high-school students, depending, of course, on their age and knowledge level.
