Protection of Intellectual Property Rights

Summary/Abstract: Intellectual property rights are the result of human creativity. They arise both with regard to the intangible good and about the object in which it is expressed. This article examines therelationship between intangible good and property. It also examines the issues of the origin, legal nature and content of subjective law. Clarifies the institute of co-authorship and the essence of the document of protection. Protection of rights is seen as a prerequisite for their enforcement and protection.
