The psychological pollution of the human being

Summary/Abstract: The psychological pollution of the human being. The Environmental Law hasn’t been recognized and established in our country until the last two decades. Therefore, there are many studies to be made and many subjects to be treated concerning this new branch of law. This study tries to draw attention to a very important problem which should be in the attention of the Environmental Law, but which has rarely been debated: the psychological pollution of the human being. First, we made a classification of the psychological polluters. Then we presented each psychological polluter, revealing its negative action on humans and showing the necessity to adopt legal regulations to protect the members of the society from becoming subjects of this kind of pollution. At the same time, we presented the poor legislation adopted in this domain in our country.
