Summary/Abstract: In 1941 when Bulgarian rule came into power Vardar Macedonia was in an extremely hard cultural condition. The population had been suffering for almost a quarter of a century most outrageous decentralization, political terror and violence, the inhabitants longed for its own cultural development.
