Summary/Abstract: The author proposed a new pattern, new MODEL in order to explain human behavior. That model is based on values. In opposition with the environmental/heredity behavior models as well as the transactional model (based by the active state of being: parent, adult or child). The Three Poles of Values Model is stressing the role played by SELF DETERMINATION, SELF RESPONSABLITY, SELF WILL, let say by individual itself.
