Summary/Abstract: In Central Asia co-occur external and internal factors, which are having impact on terrorism rise. Particularly neighbourhood with Afghanistan and Pakistan enables a specific environment for a net connections and collaboration for radical groups. The Fergana Valley is an example of internal factors effect. The problem of poverty, lack of infrastructure and ethnic conflicts ease radicalism and terrorism rise.
