Summary/Abstract: Expose are program speeches of newly elected Prime Ministers. They include the sets of the most pressing issues on functioning of the state and society, which demand action from the government. The subject of this artic- le are Prime Ministers of the second Polish Republic exposés, which are limited to assessment, whether and which matters from the range of justice were the concern of governments of the second Polish Republic and how they were tried to be solved.
