Summary/Abstract: The two most outstanding Romanian philosophers of language, Constantin Noica and Eugenio Coseriu, have confluent – and sometimes identical – opinions on the relation between poetic language and human language itself. Furthermore, in the comments he performs on texts, Constantin Noica practices un type of hermeneutics of meaning which is very similar to the one that was theorized and practiced by Eugenio Coseriu.
