Summary/Abstract: The study is a critical approach to the policy of competition authority regarding the Competition Council’s initiative to react to certain legal proceedings designed to give effect to its own legislative activities by removing normative texts of the Regulation regarding the fact-finding and applying sanctions, because it points out an inconsistency which is not expected from a national legislative power.
