Summary/Abstract: Once the nationalist Armenians, who wanted to establish independent Armenia, understood that the great powers did not pay much attention to their cause, they wished to attract the attention of great powers to Armenian Question by means of terrorism. The first ones who thought that getting independence could only be achieved through riots and bloodshed were the spiritual leaders and members of the Armenian committees. They were the first who obviously call the Armenians to take up arms. They began to establish charity organizations which were actually the places where the political combatants and village's gangs trained and organized themselves like fighters unit and arms and ammunition unit. Then, the Armenian schools and churches, by means of legal and religious immunity, were turned into both political bureau where the rebellions were organized and storage of weapons and ammunition. This paper is focused on the beginning of the Armenian armament activities and the way of supplying and storing weapons.
