Summary/Abstract: In this present lecture I thought I would analyze the above-mentioned authors’ other writings, not those published in the Transylvanian review Erdélyi Múzeum in the interwar phase. The purpose of my work was to form an idea of these writers’ notions, conceptions about science and to understand the direction line of their activity regarding the Erdélyi Múzeum on the basis of their significant works. After I looked through the respectable issues of the Erdélyi Múzeum I chose the following scholars because of their papers’ „overtones” regarding the theory of sciences, their absorbed methodology of research and their discussion regarding this domain: Jancsó Elemér literary historian, Kristóf György literary historian and Tavaszy Sándor reformed teacher of divinity and philosopher.
