Summary/Abstract: The report concerns the problem of how to define the amount of the stamp duty in case of action for recognition the nullity of parts of a consumer credit contract. A comparison is made with defining the amount of the stamp duty in case of action for recognition the consumer credit contract as null an void and in case of action for unjust enrichment Art. 55, Para 1 from Obligations and Contracts Act.
