Summary/Abstract: In this report the emphasis is on assignment an immovable property-jousing as a means of acquiring property right. Objectives clarify the essence of the subjective right under Art. 349 of the Civil Procedure Code and of the acquisition method under Art. 349 of the same code. Opinions in the legal doctrine concerning the subject of the study were commented on and a selection of Supreme Court of Cassation’s judgments made on research issue.
