Summary/Abstract: The idea of introducing e-governance in the European Union was born about two decades ago as a result of global globalization and the progressive development of information and communication technologies, which led to the so-called "information revolution". These social phenomena have significantly changed the traditional aspect of public relations and require a new approach in their legal framework.
