Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the problem of the media in the context of the modern high technologies. From the point of view of the sociology of law, problems concerning the development of modern high technologies have an interdisciplinary characteristic - not only legal, but also philosophical, historical, political. All this requires that at least initial and partial attempts to be made in order to clarify and implement the respective diverse scientific categories, concepts and terms.
