Summary/Abstract: What is happiness from a philosophical point of view? What is happiness from a psychological viewpoint? Is happiness one of the rights or fundamental freedoms within the meaning of the constitutional provisions? Can happiness be reckoned as a civil liberty or a subjective right within the meaning of civil law? „The right to happiness” is one and the same thing with “the right to the pursuit of happiness”?
