The legal nature of corporate relations and their place in the legal system of Ukraine

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the consideration of conceptual bases of corporate relations and clarification of their legal nature. The study analyzes the existing theories of the origin and origin of corporate relations and attempts to determine their place in the system of law of Ukraine. At the end of the article, there area number of conclusions and proposals aimed at improving corporate legislation, which can be the basis for further scientific research.In particular, it is proposed to consolidate corporate rights among objects of civil rights in order to emphasize their civil-law nature. On the basis of the conducted research, the author, also concludes, that corporate relations are a complicated legal phenomenon that unites property and non-property elements.However, the author could not attribute corporate relations to any known group of civil legal relationships,and in connection with it was done the conclusion, that they occupy an intermediate place in the system of civil legal relations
