Summary/Abstract: The paper explores the culture of political discourse, particularly domestic. Much attention is paid to the metaphor, and dramatization polemical political reality, the use of humor in politics. The first concept that characterizes modern political discourse and its culture – a metaphor. The latter researchers believe the primary means of knowledge by transferring concepts from specific areas in the abstract . In fact, the literal translation of the word "metaphor" – a transfer. Metaphorization is closely related to metonymy . Metonymy – a replacement of one another phenomenon – re-naming. Metaphor and metonymy Also in political discourse actively use and other linguistic techniques. Synecdoche term meaning "to have something else in mind" when we express our opinion. Widely used in political discourse and synonyms – When the characteristics of the concept of using different colors. Importantly, it is usually words, which only coincide in meaning, and therefore, while describing one concept, in fact, can only be loved by the main content.Antonyms – is opposite in sense, they enhance the expressiveness emphasize content statements emphasize the contrasts of opposite qualities, including political opponents. In general, all linguistic methods are closely related and generally describe one phenomenon – multiple – polysemy, which is closely linked to the polemical. The latter, according to researchers in general are the most expressive feature of most political discourse. The next feature – obscurity obvious at first glance, the political passages.Another phenomenon, which the researchers point out , and which should be considered in the study of political discourse – political diglossia, ie the existence within the totalitarian society of political fact of bilingualism – ordinary language and the language of official propaganda. The emergence of euphemisms and tabuizmiv – natural, since they replace words that can not be used. To this end, as the notion of context, the words can be surrounded by others that allow you to understand what's going on, avoiding direct characteristics. However, this political metaphor and diglossia reflect not only the most important characteristics of political dis-course, and political attitudes. Thus, the characteristic of the USSR metaphor hyhantomaniyi and paternalism consider universal indicator totalitarian and authoritarian society. And vice versa – a feature of political discourse can change not only the public mood, but also cause social and political transformation. Confirmation of this view was the discursive theory of democracy R. Anderson. An example may serve as a kind of diglossia research Baixa A. and K. Hallahana " The media framing Ukraine in the period 2000-2001, the political crisis".Another interesting feature of political discourse is the use of derogatory names for the attack , which are easily identifiable in the memory and thus cause the necessary associations. From them we can determine, for example, party affiliation kicker. The special features of contemporary political discourse, particularly in Ukraine, include the active use of laughter and the so-called political humor. The feature of contemporary humor in Ukrainian politics is the emphasis and ridicule of things in general are far from the political sphere and in no way related to political convictions, programs, goals, ideas, ideological affiliation, etc. opponents. The dominance in the media "gay politicians" can serve as an indicator of his "healthy" state. Of course , no one to laughter and humor, especially in politics, especially in such a difficult time for social progress, but you need to respect each other under any circumstances. The term "culture of communication" not only reflects the general state of culture in society, but also affect its formation. In favor of confirmation thoughts about the glut of modern domestic space "laughter" and suggests the establishment of a new political formation "satirical Democratic Party of Ukraine".
