Summary/Abstract: The persuasion as a form of human behavior engages not only the problems of transmission and reception of a message, as well as efficient techniques of construction of the speech. Alongside the persuasion as a modality of accentuation of professional relationship of control and efficient conducting imposes also an ethical problem of responsibility in making a speech within moral limits
