Summary/Abstract: This article explores the problem of the theory of judicial activism with regard toconstitutional courts and constitutional control. Maximum judicial activism leads to the usurpation of powers of other bodies. The limitation of the impact of constitutional control determines abdication from the functions of constitutional courts.
