Summary/Abstract: The contractual obligation concerning provision of legal services, as civil obligation, possesses a number of specific features which distinguish it from similar obligations. Such features are: a particular object, subjective essence, subject matter and fiduciary nature of legal services provision. In addition, the legal relations of legal services provision, being similar to employer-employee contracts, work contracts, creative relations etc., correspond to the general rules of services, and therefore, there are no reasons to consider them as mixed obligations.
