Summary/Abstract: Literature has shown that parents and teachers tend to consciously or unconsciously reinforce children’s gender-stereotyped behaviors. The family interactions are the primary source of gender role socialization, while the traditional classroom interactions offer gender-based behaviors, interests, cognition styles, and performance evaluations. Thus, parents and teachers must be informed about the issues of gender differences in educational practices and they must recognize the necessity of them valorization or compensation.
