Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate and present nature of the regulations setting out the rules and procedures of real estate. Legal issues of trade in agricultural property is one of the most important and the most complex issues of agricultural law. A Village Administration (sołectwo) fund is a new legal instrument which facilitates financing undertakings in rural areas. Although it has been in operation for a six years now, this form of participatory budgeting is still gaining popularity in the areas. For these reasons, arable land are treated as no magnifying public good and as such, they are subject to specific regulations on safeguards. The nature of the protective provisions laying down the rules and procedures of trade in agricultural property. Self-government and public finance legal regulations was covered by study as well.
