New legal means of recongnising property: the procedure of registering in the Land Registry the rights based on adverse possession

Summary/Abstract: The procedure of land registry entry of rights based on adverse possession forms a special procedure, as it is introduced in the NCPC. It's goal is, on one hand, to upgrade the gaining of real estate rights by adverse possession and on the other hand, to clarify the aspects regarding their entry in the Land Registry. Considering that the dispositions of the NCPC are conclusive only for matters of procedure, they will have to be coroborated with those from substantial law.
