Expertise carried out by the Romanian Copyright Office

Summary/Abstract: The Romanian Copyright Office (ORDA) functions as a specialized body under the authority of the Government, being a unique regulatory authority, evidence through national registers, supervision of the activity in copyright field, authorization of CMOs, arbitration and, technical and scientific reports in the field of copyright and related rights. The Office may also carry out technical judicial expertise at the request of criminal investigation bodies, courts of law or other bodies with jurisdictional powers, as well as extrajudicial technical expertise at the request of interested physical or legal persons.
