Summary/Abstract: It can be said that practice of traditionalized leadership comprehension reduces likelihood for potential yielding/productivity to be realized especially in universities and similar organizations where of its members are with high education. In addition, female managers of different age groups are observed to have started to have their own voices in universities. The purpose of the present study is to contribute to the related literature by discussing whether such female managers are more inclined to transactional or transformational leadership based on the age groups in which they are included.
