Summary/Abstract: A Number of terrorist attacks rising since second half of XX century confirms an argument there are not single cases but a conscious, international choice of a definite tactic of terrorist organizations. This tactic appears extraordinarily powerful and functional, what’s more it’s difficult to take precautions against it at the moment of realization. Current knowledge on suicidal terrorism doesn’t allow to evaluate univocally new methods and forms which terrorist organizations will be able to apply. The above article confirms a designation that suicidal terrorism is kind of modern, intelligent and a very effective weapon of mass destruction (WMD). This weapon is able to destroy a select object precisely and efficiently its preservations and used protections. Contemporary terrorists, especially religious fanatics, don’t comply with orders and the international laws or human rights. They have one aim – to cause fear of international community and in consequence to secure own objects, mostly profitable for choice groups or nationalities, e.g. the establishment of Kalifat. Detections of routes of funds flow and all mandataries’ and sponsors’ recognition, besides interfering in radical ideology sphere, are full of promise in effective combating terrorism. Deprivation of financial sources is appreciated as the most powerful way of fight because terrorist organizations are active and strong as long as they have money for continuation their criminal activities.
