Summary/Abstract: An account explaining fonosemantic phenomena in the Lithuanian language is presented. This account partitions the content of the word sense into the conceptual part and the content which expresses space, time and force dynamic (STD) aspects. Fonosemantic phenomena under this account are explained as the extension of the cognitive topology of the network of word senses to phonologically similar though not genetically related words. Several examples are investigated. The network of senses of Lithuanian words with consonants K/L; N/R; M/L <> L/M is analyzed.
