Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to structural and semantic analysis of economic terminology in computer forums on economy. It reflects the types of terms of economic forums and the main structural ways of their nomination. The author also analyses the structure of forums and the main lexical units and computer signs of economic discourse. The computer discourse represents the communication which is understood as interaction of participants of communication who exchange their opinions, different information and emotions by means of computer technologies and the Internet.
