Summary/Abstract: The contemporary socio-economic development has been conducted to confusion in many communities of Serbia.The development of industry and urbanization of Belgrade has produced great distorsion in natural and physical movement of wide neighbourhood. This disertation treats the demographical analysis of population settlements of community Pecinci, it offers elementary directions by planning the levelled development of this area.
