Summary/Abstract: Education is at the corn stone of our social existence. Daily we are facing the fact that there is a strong correlation between a good leader within a school and the influence he or she spreads on the school teachers in their day by day activity. What does it really mean to be an effective leader, how to improve communication skills, what is actually job satisfaction and how it can be achieved? These are the concepts explored thoroughly within this article.
