Summary/Abstract: Syndrome of pedagogical aggression is connected with personal features of the educationist. Self-attitude and professional orientation bear influence upon the strategy of the educationist’s interaction with students. Personal anxiety of educationist provokes conflict situations and arises defensive reactions and violence.
