Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of a theoretical experimental study in which was studied the problem of coping mechanisms in students with anxiety. The research was conducted on a number of 149 students. The experimental results prove the folowing differences: in the level of development of anxiety in boys and girls; in coping mechanisms in boys and girls; in coping mechanisms in students from different faculties; in coping mechanisms in students with high and low anxiety level etc.
