Summary/Abstract: The Article is dedicated to the analysis of the theoretical generalizations for buildings of the actions in sphere show business and separation in them of a music and ideal component. In the work the author chooses factors, which provides viability of the declared action and finds its music symbols in a way of the means of attraction well-known figure by audience or «stars» (the factor «sufficiency»). Methodology. The methodology of the study is concluded in using comparative, historian-logical methods, which allow to reveal and analyse the certain models of the planning cultural-mass action. Scientific Novelty. The scientific novelty of the work is concluded in expansion of the beliefs about crucial moment such as the organizer’s talent, which can combine elements of the event and subordinate the idea. It's ideal essence can by shown only by music. Conclusions. Planning of cultural events includes the following steps: 1) selection of the idea; 2) statement of «questions» and the analysis of «answers» (in the form of real or ideal discussion); 3) producer' accounting of material sources of an action/event; 4) the involvement of «stars», taking into account cultural and ethnic sources of their artistic career. The talent of the organizer is concluded in abilities to find an ideal music, which the producer called to hear and implement with full responsibility as an cultural professional and a representative of the human essence.
