Summary/Abstract: The report presents the main theoretical basis of the concept of using the competency-based approach in the pedagogical interaction towards development of communicative competency in the preschool groups. Two of the most attractive and effective strategies are being made available here with for their practical realization. They have been developed within the theoretical and empirical study of the preparation process for the perception, comprehension and composition of a related text from 5- to 6-year-old preschoolers.
